Upgrade to ezWEB
ezWEB is more powerful and flexible than both ezPayPlus and ezSLS. We understand upgrading
can be a big decision so below are answers to some of the questions you may have.
What will happen to the current EZ products? Are they going to be turned off?
Don't worry, ezPayplus and ezSLS aren't going anywhere. Until you make the move to
ezWEB we will continue to support and provide service to the current EZ products.
However, all new development will be focused on the new ezWEB.

Will I have to re-enter all my user and client settings when we move to ezWEB?
All current user and client settings will be retained and moved to ezWEB during the
conversion process.

Will I have to retrain all my users on how to use the time entry screens?
Although the product looks and feels different, many of the functional parts, including
the time entry screens, will remain unchanged.

My users want custom reports... does ezWEB have a report writer?
Yes! You and your users will be able to report on any data in the system. Custom
reporting is no longer confined to employee census data.

What else is new?
There are many new features of ezWEB including: an automated report delivery system,
customizable start page, single logins for multiple roles, increased reporting capability,
and self-service password resets. For a complete list of new features, view our

When can I have it?
ezWEB will be released in a series of phases, the first of which you can get started with
right now. Included in this phase are 3 of our most sought after solutions, ezWEBMail,
Online Time Entry and the Manager's Dashboard.
